Development Documentation definition

Development Documentation means all documentation, including notes, summaries and analyses related thereto, developed in connection with all research, development, or clinical trials performed by or on behalf of TTY in the Territory under this Agreement (including but not limited to any research and development or Phase IV studies performed following Governmental Approval).
Development Documentation means all Development Information for the Product, including any documentation containing test data for the Product (including pharmacological, biological, chemical, biochemical, clinical study data and data resulting from Non-Clinical Studies), Regulatory Materials, CMC information, drug master files, stability data, and other manufacturing or study data for the Product.
Development Documentation. The term "Development Documentation" shall mean all documentation related to the development of the Licensed Software, including design and system documentation, but excluding General Documentation.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Avadel shall have a royalty-free license and right to use any Development Documentation or Development Results as necessary for the filing, maintaining or prosecution of any Avadel Patent.

User Documentation means Documentation in the form of instructions and manuals provided to end-user customers. Development Documentation means any specifications, user guides and other information and material made available from time to time in connection with the Development Software during the Agreement by DAS in either printed or machine readable form.
Development Documentation shall have the meaning given that term in Section 6.1.
Development Documentation means a complete copy of all plans, specifications, applicable documentation and other explanatory materials, technical or otherwise, including programmer's notes, pertaining to the Software, including without limitation the online notes for version 4.0 of the Software, in the possession of Unisys Canada.
Development Documentation means manuals and other materials such as logic manuals, flow charts and principles of operation that are useful for development and support purposes.
