Development Documentation definition

Development Documentation means all documentation, including notes, summaries and analyses related thereto, developed in connection with all research, development, or clinical trials performed by or on behalf of TTY in the Territory under this Agreement (including but not limited to any research and development or Phase IV studies performed following Governmental Approval).
Development Documentation. The term "Development Documentation" shall mean all documentation related to the development of the Licensed Software, including design and system documentation, but excluding General Documentation.
Development Documentation means all Documentation used in conjunction with Source Code in the development process.

More Definitions of Development Documentation

Development Documentation means all Development Information for the Product, including any documentation containing test data for the Product (including pharmacological, biological, chemical, biochemical, clinical study data and data resulting from Non-Clinical Studies), Regulatory Materials, CMC information, drug master files, stability data, and other manufacturing or study data for the Product.
Development Documentation means any devices, programming or documentation, including compilers, "workbenches", development tools (e.g. flow charts, schematics, statements of principles of operations, architecture standards and any other specifications that are used to create or that comprise the Code), runtime libraries and higher-level (or "proprietary") languages used by the Vendor for the development, maintenance, modification and implementation of the Program;
Development Documentation means Documentation used in conjunction with Source Code in the development process. User Documentation means Documentation in the form of instructions and manuals provided to end-user customers. All Documentation, the rights to all of which are being assigned hereunder, is described and listed in Schedule 1.11.a(iii) attached.
Development Documentation shall have the meaning given that term in Section 6.1.
Development Documentation means any written documentation in hard copy or electronic form that contains interface, data format or other development information about the Analysis Program, the Test Bed, or any Enhanced Analysis Program provided to Xxxxxxx by HP.
Development Documentation means manuals and other materials such as logic manuals, flow charts and principles of operation that are useful for development and support purposes.
Development Documentation means any specifications, user guides and other information and material made available from time to time in connection with the Development Software during the Agreement by DAS in either printed or machine readable form.
