Development Documents means any of the following documents: System Requirements Document, Project Development Estimate, Project Requirements Document or any other mutually agreed to document describing the development activities.

Development Documents means the contracts, ordinances and other documents described in Exhibit C attached to the Closing Certificate, as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the Land Lease and the Closing Certificate, and any applications, permits or certificates concerning or affecting the use or development of the Property that may be submitted, issued or executed from time to time as contemplated in such contracts, ordinances and other documents or that BNPLC may hereafter execute, approve or consent to at the request of NAI.

Development Documents has the meaning set forth in the Disbursement Agreement.

The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work.

Development Documents means the contracts, ordinances and other documents described in Exhibit C attached to the Closing Certificate, as the same may be --------- modified from time to time in accordance with the Building 3 Operative Documents and the Other Operative Documents, and any applications, permits or certificates concerning or affecting the use or development of the Property that may be submitted, issued or executed from time to time as contemplated in such contracts, ordinances and other documents or that BNPLC may hereafter execute, approve or consent to at the request of Zhone.

Development Documents means (a) for a condominium project, the master deed and bylaws provided by Act No. 59 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended; and (b) with regard to subdivisions or other developments, deed restrictions and/or restrictive covenants.

Development Documents means the collective reference to the Architect's Agreement, the Development Agreement, the Development Agency Agreement, the Plans and Specifications and the Permits.
