Development Management Agreement definition
Development Management Agreement means an agreement, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be entered into between the Company or its Subsidiaries that own Property, and the General Partner (or its Affiliate) from time to time in connection with New Developments in accordance with ARTICLE XIII, as such agreement may be amended from time to time as permitted herein.
Development Management Agreement means the Development Management Agreement entered into by Company and Development Manager pursuant to Section 10.1, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Development Management Agreement means that certain Development Management Agreement dated November 15, 2007 by and between Development Manager and Owner (as defined in the Hotel and Casino Management Agreement).
