Development Milestone Event definition

Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

Examples of Development Milestone Event in a sentence

• This clause (iii) shall apply only to the first achievement of a Development Milestone Event, such that each Development Milestone Payment shall not be payable more than once.
