Development Operations definition

Development Operations means operations carried out for or in connection with the development of a mine and includes -
Development Operations means operations conducted in accordance with the Development Plan and shall include, but not be limited to the purchase, shipment or storage of equipment and materials used in developing Petroleum accumulations, the drilling, completion and testing of Development Xxxxx, the drilling and completion of Xxxxx for Gas or water injection, the laying of gathering lines, the installation of offshore platforms and installations, the installation of separators, tankages, pumps, artificial lift and other producing and injection facilities required to produce, process and transport Petroleum into main Oil storage or Gas processing facilities, either onshore or offshore, including the laying of pipelines within or outside the Contract Area, storage at Delivery Point(s), the installation of said storage or Gas processing facilities, the installation of export and loading facilities and other facilities required for the development and production of the said Petroleum accumulations and for the delivery of Crude Oil and/or Gas at the Delivery Point and also including incidental operations not specifically referred to herein but required for the most efficient and economic development and production of the said Petroleum accumulations in accordance with modern oilfield and petroleum industry practices.
Development Operations means operations conducted in accordance with the Field Development Plan and Good International Petroleum Industry Practices (GIPIP).

Examples of Development Operations in a sentence

  • The expenditure incurred in respect of Development Operations, other than drilling operations, and Production Operations will be allowable as per the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961.

  • Similar provisions shall apply in respect of Development Operations and Production Operations.

  • When a proposal is made to conduct multiple Development Operations at separate well locations using the same rig, each Party shall respond (a) to the well operation taking precedence, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the proposal; and (b) to each subsequent well location, within forty-eight (48) hours after completion of approved operations at the prior location and notification thereof by Operator.

More Definitions of Development Operations

Development Operations means the preparation of a Development Plan, in accordance with the Rules the building and installation of facilities for Production and drilling of Development Xxxxx, construction and installation of equipment, pipelines, facilities, plants and systems, in and outside the Contract Area, which are required for achieving production, treatment, transport, storage and lifting of Petroleum, and preliminary production and testing activities carried out prior to the commencement of Commercial Production; all of which includes related planning and administrative work, and the construction and installation of secondary and tertiary recovery systems.
Development Operations means any activity carried out under an approved Development Plan, in accordance with the Rules.
Development Operations means Development Operations, as defined in section 1 of the Taxation Act;
Development Operations means any and all operations, including primary and subsequent (secondary, tertiary or other) recovery projects and pressure maintenance, conducted with a view to developing the Contract Area including, but without limitations: the drilling, deepening, completing, plugging, side-tracking, re- completing and equipping of evaluation and development xxxxx; the engineering, building and erecting or laying of production plants and facilities (such as, without limitation, separators, compressors, generators, pumps and tankage, gathering lines, pipelines, and all facilities required to be installed for production, pressure maintenance, treatment, storage and transportation of Petroleum); construction of facilities and installations for the treatment and processing of Natural Gas; the obtaining of such materials, equipment, machinery, articles and supplies as may be required or expedient for the above activities including decommissioning and Abandonment operations; and all auxiliary operations, activities and services required or expedient for the better conduct or result of the above activities, all in accordance with the approved Development Plan and Best International Petroleum Industry Practices.
Development Operations means operations for or in connection with production of petroleum and shall include the activity carried out to prepare the Development Plan and the activity carried out after the grant of the development licence in the respective development area and shall include:
Development Operations means operations carried out during the development period for the realization of CBM production from the date of approval of the Overall Development Program for any CBM Field, including planning, design, construction, installation, drilling, developing transportation systems and markets, and the related research work as well as production activities, carried out before the Date of Commencement of Commercial Production.
Development Operations means operations carried out for the realization of Petroleum production from the date of approval of the Overall Development Program for the Oil Field by the Department or Unit, including design, construction, installation, drilling, and the related research work as well as production activities carried out before the Date of Commencement of Commercial Production.
