Landowner shall not make any Material Change (as defined in Section 2.02 of this Agreement) to the Mixed Use Project, as evidenced in the approved Phasing Plan or Development Plans, without first obtaining the written approval of NTIFA, which approvals will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
CC Trust will work with Landowner to provide NTIFA with Development Plans for each Phase of the Anchor Project for approval pursuant to Section 2.02 above not later than 90 days prior to the initiation of construction of each such Phase.
