Development Projects definition

Development Projects has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

Development Projects means any and all Films that have been proposed to be developed, produced or acquired by or on behalf of an entity, with respect to which pre-production has not commenced, regardless of the stage of development of such project.

More Definitions of Development Projects

Development Projects means, as of any date, all Projects then under development and all land scheduled to commence development within twelve (12) months, provided that a Project shall no longer be included in Development Projects (and therefore shall be valued based on its Net Operating Income) upon the earlier of (i) the expiration of the third full fiscal quarter after substantial completion (which shall mean the receipt of a temporary certificate of occupancy or a final certificate of occupancy) of such Project and (ii) the last day of the first full fiscal quarter in which the Consolidated NOI attributable to such Project divided by the applicable Capitalization Rate exceeds the book value in accordance with GAAP of such Project at the time it was placed into service.

Development Projects means those particular Development Projects identified on Exhibit A.

Development Projects means, collectively, the planned electric generating facilities under development by the Company or its Subsidiaries and set forth in Section 8.01-DP of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

Development Projects means the Solar Development Projects and the BXXX Development Projects.

Development Projects means a Non-Rate Base Power Project which has not yet been constructed or commissioned.
