Development Specifications definition

Development Specifications means the requirements of all Applicable Laws and the procedures, process parameters, analytical tests and other attributes and written specifications for the Development Work attached hereto as part of a Project Plan.
Development Specifications means the specifications set out in the covering sheets or schedules of this Agreement (if any);
Development Specifications means the development goals for the sensory, physical and functional parameters for the Licensed Product as set forth in Schedule 1.10.

  • The work required by this contract for the SSDS Mk 2 assemblies, shall be performed in accordance with the SOW, and meet the requirements of the Technical Data Packages (TDPs), the SSDS System/Subsystem Specification (WS 35511B), the respective Critical Item Development Specifications (CIDS), provided as GFI, and the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1423-1.

  • The Development Work, as described in the Project Plan, shall conform to the Development Specifications.

  • Bachem shall not make any major changes to the Development Specifications, the Specifications or any manufacturing process with a potential to adversely impact the quality of the Product in connection with a Project Plan without the prior written consent of Magenta.

  • All works must be carried out in accordance with council Development Specifications.

  • Mototech hereby agrees to and accordingly will so design and develop the Product for Developer, in conformity with the Development Specifications.

  • This indemnity shall not apply to infringements caused by designs modifications made by the Developer or designs (including Development Specifications) provided by Developer if but for the design or modification such infringement would not occur.

  • Responsibilities must be defined before software is implemented (e.g., responsibility for Product Development Specifications, choice of product, testing, approval, installation, and operation).

  • Mototech warrants for a period of twelve months from the date of shipment that all units supplied under this Agreement shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and shall comply in all respects with the Development Specifications.

  • Significant variations from the Development Services as described in the Development Specifications may be made only by the prior written consent of each party in accordance with Section 1.f.iii below.

  • The Development Specifications have previously been made available to Tenant for its review.


More Definitions of Development Specifications

Development Specifications means the specifications to be developed by the Contractor on the basis of the Functional Specifications and delivered to the Commonwealth pursuant to CDR(I)-EM-31.

Related to Development Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
