Development Work definition

Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to Phase B of the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of Phase B of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
Development Work means any work defined in Schedule 1 to be undertaken by the Company;

  • Following expiration or earlier termination of this Development Agreement, as applicable, Developer shall have a continuing obligation to comply with any provision of this Development Agreement intended for the DDA’s protection or benefit, or that expressly survives completion of the Projection Development Work or the expiration or termination of this Agreement, for the survival period expressly set forth herein, and if none, then for one year following Final Completion of the Work.

  • When the Development Services and the Project Development Work, as applicable, are resumed, the Developer shall be compensated for reasonable expenses incurred as a direct result of the interruption and resumption of the Development Services and/or the Project Development Work.

  • Subject to this Agreement, Developer has the sole responsibility to manage, direct, supervise, coordinate and control the Project Development Work (collectively, the “Development Services”).

  • If the DDA suspends the Development Services and/or the Project Development Work for more than ninety (90) consecutive days for reasons other than the fault of the Developer, the Developer may terminate this Agreement by providing the DDA not less than thirty (30) days’ written notice, and payment of the Termination Fee.

  • If the DDA suspends the Development Services and/or orders the Developer to cause a suspension of the Project Development Work, without cause, for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, the Developer shall be compensated for services performed prior to notice of such suspension.

Development Work means an energy audit and (to the extent appropriate) a facilities survey of the Authority Facilities each undertaken by the Contractor, including the documenting of the same, the scope of which shall be agreed between the parties but shall at a minimum cover the following: [to be completed on project specific basis including reference to all such work necessary for the development and production of the (i) Investment Grade Audit (ii) Investment Grade Proposal (iii) Measurement and Verification Plan and the sample savings report all in accordance with the terms of the mini-competition process including without prejudice the ITMC and the ITMC Proposal];
Development Work means the work to be performed hereunder by Healtheon to develop the Developed Applications.
Development Work means all work necessary to fully develop and improve the Subdivision (to the extent required to serve the Lots) and the Lots in accordance with the Development Plans, the Development Scope and Specifications and all Governmental Requirements, with the Lots being “finished” building sites ready for the immediate issuance of building permits (subject only to Buyer’s obligation to provide final grading of the Lots, Seller’s Post Completion Work and Buyer to make payment of building permit fees and the submittal of the applicable building permit application and related documents) and, upon completion of construction of the residential dwellings, issuance of certificates of occupancy and consummation of closings of the Lots and residential dwellings.
Development Work means all work performed by the Parties in development of the Product in accordance with Statement of Work.
