Device Software definition

Device Software means all Software embedded within the Device (e.g., firmware).
Device Software means certain Seller DSL software, including but not limited to Seller's pre-activation signaling software and internal control protocol software, configured to run in the Device in a polled (i.e., non- interrupt driven) mode on a Motorola 68LC302 processor.
Device Software means the Crimson Tide ‘Device Software’ specified in the Order, as made available on an App Store, which enables the Licensed Users to access, and upload data to, the Hosted Database using the Devices, and all new releases, new versions, updates, and modifications thereto;

More Definitions of Device Software

Device Software means the software delivered by QTI under this Agreement (other than QAS), which in QTI’s sole discretion, may be in either source code and/or object code form, designed for use with one or more QTI ASICs, as set forth in a Software Addendum.

Bluetooth components (BluetoothExt.prc, BtLibTest.prc, BtPiconet.prc), Palm SMS (SmsLib.prc, SmsMessenger.prc), Telephony (ATPhoneDriver.prc, Dial.prc, PhoneLib.prc, PhonePnl.prc, SerialPhoneTask.prc), Web Clipping(WebClippingPnl.prc, Clipper.prc), Stratega SDIO Slot Driver (SlotDrvrSDIO_xx.prc), and any other related components provided with the Hurricane Bluetooth Card and/or Tungsten T software as of the ARSLA Execution Date.
Device Software means all Software that is included in or part of any version of the Transferred Devices as firmware or otherwise, or that is part of, used in or necessary to the use, operation, programming, verification, testing, support or application Software of a Transferred Device or the reference design related thereto, including the Software listed or described on Schedules 1.29(a), (b) and (c), and all versions of any of the foregoing, and any Software from which any of the foregoing Software was derived or that was derived from such Software (in each case the delivery of which is subject to Section 2.2(d)); provided, however, that with respect to the First Closing and until and if the Second Closing occurs, Device Software will not include that Software that is exclusively related to the Call Products and is listed on Schedule 1.29 (b). Any Device Software not owned by Seller or any of its Affiliates and not transferred to Buyer hereunder is listed on Schedule 1.29(c).
Device Software means any applications or other software supplied by Company to Client for installation on computers, other computing devices or computing resources owned or controlled by Client or its Authorized Users used to access the Hosted Software.
