Scios hereby grants to Shionogi, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the semi-exclusive right and license under the Scios Patent Rights to make, have made, use, have used, import, have imported, export, have exported, offer for sale, sell and have sold any Diagnostic Product in Territory A.
