Difference Amount definition

Difference Amount means the difference between the Total Indemnity Amount and the Maximum Indemnity Amount.
Difference Amount means, for any Settlement Interval, an amount payable from the AESO to the Generator, or from the Generator to the AESO, as the case may be, on account of the difference between the Strike Price and the Pool Price, determined in accordance with Section 6.2;

More Definitions of Difference Amount

Difference Amount means the amount that is equal to the Permitted Short Term Debt Amount minus $1,000,000,000, provided that if such amount is less than zero, the Difference Amount shall be zero.
