Digital Asset Account definition

Digital Asset Account means any Digital Asset address or account owned or operated by you that is maintained outside of the Services, and is not owned, controlled or operated by Expi.trade.
Digital Asset Account means any Digital Asset address or account owned, controlled or operated by you that is maintained outside of the Services, and is not owned, controlled or operated by Yatripay.
Digital Asset Account means a segregated custody account controlled and secured by the Custodian to store private keys, which allow for the transfer of ownership or control of the Trust’s Digital Assets on the Trust’s behalf. For purposes of the Trust Agreement, the Digital Asset Account shall mean the Digital Asset Account.

  • The Sponsor or its delegate will call or e-mail the Authorized Participant to confirm the relevant Trust’s receipt of the Total Basket Amount in such Digital Asset Account.

  • The expense and risk of delivery, ownership and safekeeping of digital assets, until such digital assets have been transferred to such Digital Asset Account shall be borne solely by the Authorized Participant.

  • If your payment is not successful or if your payment method has insufficient Digital Assets, you authorise the Company, in its sole discretion, either to cancel the transaction or to debit your Digital Asset Account or Related Account, in any amount necessary to complete the transaction.

  • If withdrawing from a Digital Asset Account, we will withdraw sufficient Digital Assets calculated by using the prevailing market price.

  • Custodian will notify Client and the relevant Authorized Person(s) of its receipt of Custodied Assets and of the related credit to the Account, including the amounts allocated to the Digital Asset Account and the Cash Account, as relevant.

  • A withdrawal pursuant to this section does not make an Unsupported Forked Network a Supported Network or its Digital Assets Supported Digital Assets.If we decide to support an Unsupported Forked Network and its Digital Assets in the future, we will determine your balance at the time of the Fork (minus any applicable withdrawals in accordance with this section) and account for it as your property, which will be reflected in your Digital Asset Account.

  • A Customer initiates an order to buy or sell Supported Digital Assets through the Digital Asset Account dashboard in the Invstr App or on the Invstr website.

  • Further, the Custodian may in accordance with their agreement(s) with you, close your Digital Asset Account if you do not access your Digital Asset Account for a period of time.


More Definitions of Digital Asset Account

Related to Digital Asset Account

  • Digital asset means an electronic record in which an individual has a right or interest. The term does not include an underlying asset or liability unless the asset or liability is itself an electronic record.

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.

  • Capital Asset means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, any asset that should, in accordance with GAAP, be classified and accounted for as a capital asset on a Consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • Retained asset account means any mechanism whereby the settlement of proceeds payable under a policy or contract is accomplished by the insurer or an entity acting on behalf of the insurer depositing the proceeds into an account with check or draft writing privileges, where those proceeds are retained by the insurer or its agent, pursuant to a supplementary contract not involving annuity benefits other than death benefits.

  • Capital Assets means, with respect to any person, all equipment, fixed assets and Real Property or improvements of such person, or replacements or substitutions therefor or additions thereto, that, in accordance with GAAP, have been or should be reflected as additions to property, plant or equipment on the balance sheet of such person.

  • Total Asset Value means, as to any Person as of a given date, the sum (without duplication) of all of the following of such Person and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP applied on a consistent basis and subject to the Ownership Share Adjustment: (a) Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents; plus (b) the quotient of (i) the Net Operating Income for all Properties of such Person (other than Properties subject to clause (c) below) for the fiscal quarter most recently ended multiplied by four (4), divided by (ii) the Capitalization Rate; plus (c) the GAAP book value as of the date of acquisition of Properties acquired during the then current fiscal quarter or the immediately preceding two full fiscal quarters; plus (d) the GAAP book value of all Mortgage Receivables (at the value reflected in the Parent’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP, as of such date, including the effect of impairment charges); plus (e) the current GAAP book value of all Development Properties; plus (e) the current GAAP book value of Unimproved Land. Such Person’s Ownership Share of assets held by non-Wholly Owned Subsidiaries and Unconsolidated Affiliates (excluding assets of the type described in the immediately preceding clause (a)) will be included in the calculation of Total Asset Value consistent with the above described treatment for wholly-owned assets. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of determining Total Asset Value, (A) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Properties owned by non-Wholly Owned Subsidiaries and Unconsolidated Affiliates would exceed 10% of the aggregate Total Asset Value at any time, such excess shall be excluded; (B) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Unimproved Land would exceed 5% of the aggregate Total Asset Value at any time, such excess shall be excluded; (C) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Development Properties would exceed 15% of the aggregate Total Asset Value at any time, such excess shall be excluded; (D) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Mortgage Receivables would exceed 10% of the aggregate Total Asset Value at any time, such excess shall be excluded; (E) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Properties leased under an Eligible Ground Lease would exceed 5% of the aggregate Total Asset Value at any time, such excess shall be excluded; and (F) to the extent the aggregate value attributable to the immediately preceding clauses (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) would exceed 30% of the aggregate Total Asset Value at any time, such excess shall be excluded.

  • Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;

  • Eligible Equipment is (a) general purpose computer equipment, office equipment, test and laboratory equipment, furnishings, subject to the limitations set forth herein, and (b) Other Equipment that complies with all of Borrower's representations and warranties to Bank and which is reasonably acceptable to Bank in all respects.

  • Additional Assets means (1) any property, plant or equipment used in a Related Business; (2) the Capital Stock of a Person that becomes a Restricted Subsidiary as a result of the acquisition of such Capital Stock by the Company or another Restricted Subsidiary; or (3) Capital Stock constituting a minority interest in any Person that at such time is a Restricted Subsidiary; provided, however, that any such Restricted Subsidiary described in clause (2) or (3) above is primarily engaged in a Related Business.

  • Special purpose equipment means equipment which is used only for research, medical, scientific, or other technical activities. Examples of special purpose equipment include microscopes, x-ray machines, surgical instruments, and spectrometers.

  • Alternative fuel vehicle means a vehicle designed to be capable of running on at least one type of fuel that is either gaseous at atmospheric temperature and pressure, or substantially non-mineral oil derived.

  • Regional asset limit means the maximum housing value in each housing region affordable to a four-person household with an income at 80 percent of the regional median as defined by duly adopted Regional Income Limits published annually by COAH or a successor entity.

  • Final Asset Status Report With respect to any Specially Serviced Loan, each related Asset Status Report, together with such other data or supporting information provided by the Special Servicer to any applicable Directing Holder or Consulting Party or, if different, the Operating Advisor or any related Serviced Companion Loan Holder (or its Companion Loan Holder Representative), in each case, which does not include any communications (other than the related Asset Status Report) between the Special Servicer, on the one hand, and any applicable Directing Holder or Consulting Party, on the other hand, with respect to such Specially Serviced Loan; provided that no Asset Status Report shall be considered to be a Final Asset Status Report unless any applicable Directing Holder has either finally approved of and consented to the actions proposed to be taken in connection therewith, or has exhausted all of its rights of approval and consent pursuant to this Agreement, or has been deemed to have approved or consented to such action, or unless the Asset Status Report is otherwise being implemented by the Special Servicer in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Total Assets as of any date means the sum of (i) the Undepreciated Real Estate Assets and (ii) all other assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries determined in accordance with GAAP (but excluding accounts receivable and intangibles).

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring 90 days after the last day of a fiscal year of the Parent (commencing with its fiscal year ending December 31, 2000).

  • Receivables Net Investment means the aggregate cash amount paid by the lenders or purchasers under any Permitted Receivables Financing in connection with their purchase of, or the making of loans secured by, Receivables Assets or interests therein, as the same may be reduced from time to time by collections with respect to such Receivables Assets or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Permitted Receivables Documents (but excluding any such collections used to make payments of items included in clause (c) of the definition of Interest Expense); provided, however, that if all or any part of such Receivables Net Investment shall have been reduced by application of any distribution and thereafter such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason, such Receivables Net Investment shall be increased by the amount of such distribution, all as though such distribution had not been made.

  • Collateral savings, as used in this clause, means those measurable net reductions resulting from a VECP in the agency's overall projected collateral costs, exclusive of acquisition savings, whether or not the acquisition cost changes.

  • Asset Acquisition means (a) an Investment by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in any other Person pursuant to which such Person shall become a Restricted Subsidiary or shall be consolidated or merged with or into the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary or (b) any acquisition by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary of the assets of any Person that constitute substantially all of an operating unit, a division or line of business of such Person or that is otherwise outside of the ordinary course of business.
