DIP ABL Agent definition

DIP ABL Agent means the administrative agent under the DIP ABL Credit Agreement, solely in its capacity as such.

• Notwithstanding anything in the Plan to the contrary, and without limiting the exculpation and release provisions of the Plan, the DIP ABL Agent shall not have any liability to any Entity with respect to distributions made or directed to be made by the DIP ABL Agent.
