DIP Administrative Agent definition

DIP Administrative Agent means Deutsche Bank, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Existing DIP Agreement.

DIP Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the DIP Credit Agreement, together with its respective successors and assigns in such capacity.
