DIP Agents definition

DIP Agents means the DIP ABL Agent and the DIP Term Loan Agent.

DIP Agents means, collectively: (a) the TCEH DIP Agent; and (b) the EFIH First Lien DIP Agent.

DIP Agents means Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent and Deutsche Bank AG, New York branch, as documentation agent, under the DIP Financing Facility.
