DIP Credit Documents definition

DIP Credit Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.

DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement and related guaranty, security and other documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the DIP Lenders and the DIP Agent.

DIP Credit Documents means this Agreement, the Financing Order, the DIP Note (if any), the DIP Collateral Documents, and all other documents, instruments, or agreements signed and delivered by any Debtor for the benefit of the DIP Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other DIP Credit Documents.

Examples of DIP Credit Documents in a sentence

• To the extent the DIP Credit Documents bind the Holders of DIP Lenders Claims as to the manner in which their Claims may be treated pursuant to this Plan, no further agreement or consent from such Holders shall be necessary in order to provide such treatment in accordance with the provisions hereof.

• Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, neither the Borrower nor any Credit Party may use the proceeds of the Loans or the proceeds of any ABL Priority Collateral to pay down any Obligations under and as defined in the Term Loan DIP Credit Agreement or the Term Loan DIP Credit Documents, including, without limitation, any voluntary or mandatory prepayments thereunder.

• A portion of the proceeds of the Revolving Exit Facility shall be used to refinance the principal balance of loans outstanding under the DIP Credit Documents, and any outstanding letters of credit under the DIP Facility, if not continued under the Revolving Exit Facility, will be either cash collateralized or back-stopped with new letters of credit from the Revolving Exit Facility.

• The agreements contained in this Section shall survive any termination of this Agreement and the other DIP Credit Documents and the payment in full of the Obligations.

• Pursuant to the DIP Credit Agreement, all distributions pursuant to this Article II.E shall be made to the DIP Agent for distributions to the DIP Lenders in accordance with the DIP Credit Agreement and DIP Credit Documents unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the DIP Agent and the Debtors.

More Definitions of DIP Credit Documents

DIP Credit Documents means this Term Sheet and all other loan and security documents executed by the Borrower in connection with this Term Sheet from time to time.

DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement, including any amendments, modifications, supplements thereto, and together with any related notes, certificates, agreements, security agreements, documents, and instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection therewith, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the DIP Secured Parties.

DIP Credit Documents means the documentation evidencing the DIP Financing, including a credit agreement, security agreements, mortgages, collateral assignments and other related security instruments.

DIP Credit Documents means the Senior Secured Superpriority Debtor-In-Possession Credit Agreement among Seller, CLMG Corp. and the lenders party thereto dated February 11, 2016, and all security agreements, financing statements, pledge agreements, mortgages, and all other documents executed in connection therewith, in each case as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents, and instruments related thereto, including the DIP Order and any guaranty agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security agreements.

DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement, the DIP Order, the DIP Intracreditor Agreement, the Foreign Loan Agreement (with respect to any borrowings incurred after the Petition Date as incremental loans in accordance with the DIP Order), the Amendment and Supplemental Agreement, any future amendment and/or supplement to the DIP Credit Documents, and all security, pledge, guaranty, and other lien and loan documents enteredinto in connection therewith as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

DIP Credit Documents means, collectively: (a) the DIP Credit Agreement; (b) the DIP Orders; and (c) all documents and instruments executed in connection therewith (excluding the Plan Support Agreement).
