DIP Credit Documents definition

DIP Credit Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.
DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement and related guaranty, security and other documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the DIP Lenders and the DIP Agent.
DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement, including any amendments, modifications, supplements thereto, and together with any related notes, certificates, agreements, security agreements, documents, and instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection therewith, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the DIP Secured Parties.

Examples of DIP Credit Documents in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, neither the Borrower nor any Credit Party may use the proceeds of the Loans or the proceeds of any ABL Priority Collateral to pay down any Obligations under and as defined in the Term Loan DIP Credit Agreement or the Term Loan DIP Credit Documents, including, without limitation, any voluntary or mandatory prepayments thereunder.

  • Subject to entry of the DIP Order, each of the Loan Documents and ABL DIP Credit Documents to which any Obligor is a party constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation and agreement of such Obligor, enforceable against such Obligor in accordance with its terms.

DIP Credit Documents means this Agreement, the Financing Order, the DIP Note (if any), the DIP Collateral Documents, and all other documents, instruments, or agreements signed and delivered by any Debtor for the benefit of the DIP Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other DIP Credit Documents.
DIP Credit Documents means the documentation evidencing the DIP Financing, including a credit agreement, security agreements, mortgages, collateral assignments and other related security instruments.
DIP Credit Documents means the Senior Secured Superpriority Debtor-In-Possession Credit Agreement among Seller, CLMG Corp. and the lenders party thereto dated February 11, 2016, and all security agreements, financing statements, pledge agreements, mortgages, and all other documents executed in connection therewith, in each case as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
DIP Credit Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents, and instruments related thereto, including the DIP Order and any guaranty agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security agreements.
DIP Credit Documents means this Term Sheet and all other loan and security documents executed by the Borrower in connection with this Term Sheet from time to time.
