DIP Final Order definition
DIP Final Order means the final order authorizing use of cash collateral and debtor-in-possession financing on terms consistent with the DIP-to-Exit Facility Term Sheet, and in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the DIP Agent, and reasonably acceptable to the Required Consenting Second Lien Noteholders.
DIP Final Order means the “Final Order” as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.
