DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement and all other Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement).

DIP Loan Documents means the documentation governing the DIP Facility, including, without limitation, the DIP Credit Agreement, all Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement), all fee letters, the DIP Orders, any amendments, modifications and supplements to or in respect of any of the foregoing, and any related guarantee, security, notes, certificates, documents, instruments, or similar documents.

• All rights, privileges, protections and immunities (including, without limitation, the right to indemnification) in favor of the DIP Agent under the Order, the Credit Agreement and the other DIP Loan Documents shall be applicable to the DIP Agent under this Guaranty.

• Whether or not explicitly set forth therein, the rights, powers, protections, immunities and indemnities granted to the DIP Agent herein shall apply to any document entered into by the DIP Agent in connection with its role as DIP Agent under the DIP Loan Documents.

• Each DIP Lender hereby acknowledges and agrees that the DIP Agent shall not have any duties or responsibilities except those expressly set forth herein and in the other DIP Loan Documents to which the DIP Agent is a party.

More Definitions of DIP Loan Documents

DIP Loan Documents means, collectively, the DIP Credit Agreement and the DIP Security Document.

DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Loan Agreement (as defined in the DIP Order) and any agreements, documents or instruments executed or delivered in connection with the DIP Loan and the financing contemplated by the DIP Order, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Facility Agreement and any amendments, modifications, supplements thereto, as well as any related notes, certificates, agreements, security agreements, documents and instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection with the DIP Credit Agreement.

DIP Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the DIP Loan Agreement.

DIP Loan Documents means this DIP Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Guaranty Agreement, the Security Agreement and other Security Documents, the DIP Order, the Approved Budget, and all other documents, instruments and agreements contemplated herein or thereby and executed concurrently herewith or at any time and from time to time hereafter, as any or all of the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Facility together with the DIP Accommodation Agreement as authorized by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the DIP Accommodation Agreement Order, and all documents relating thereto.

DIP Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the DIP Loan Agreement, as such Loan Documents are amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
