DIP Term Agent definition

DIP Term Agent means GACP Financing Co., LLC, as administrative agent under the DIP Term Credit Agreement;

DIP Term Agent means Alter Domus (US) LLC, in its capacity as administrative agent under the DIP Term Credit Agreement, its successors, assigns, or any replacement agent appointed pursuant to the terms of the DIP Term Agreement.

DIP Term Agent means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the DIP Term Facility.

• Notwithstanding anything in the Plan to the contrary, and without limiting the exculpation and release provisions of the Plan, the DIP Term Agent shall not have any liability to any Entity with respect to distributions made or directed to be made by the DIP Term Agent.
