The cost of premiums for any additional insurance coverage desired by the Construction Manager more than that required by this Agreement, the Uniform General Conditions for University of Texas System Building Construction Contracts, or the Contract Documents shall be borne solely by the Construction Manager out of its fees and not included in the GMP Proposal as a Direct Construction Cost.
All costs not specifically identified as an element of the Direct Construction Cost.
