Direct Mail Notice definition

Direct Mail Notice or the “Short Form Notice” means the written notice that will be mailed and emailed to the Settlement Class Members by the Settlement Administrator and will be substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
Direct Mail Notice means the notice substantially in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit 6.

More Definitions of Direct Mail Notice

Direct Mail Notice means the individual notice, substantially in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit 4, sent to Class Members by the Settlement Notice Administrator as provided in Section IV.B, below, of this Settlement Agreement.
