• In the event that any Direct Mail Notice is returned to the Claims Administrator, the Claims Administrator shall resend by First-Class Mail, postage prepaid, the Class Notice to the forwarding address, if one is provided by the United States Post Office.

• This Direct Mail Notice shall be in a manner agreed to by the Parties and approved by the Court, and will be substantially in the form of the Direct Mail Notice attached as Exhibit A.
