Direct Member definition

Direct Member means a person or entity who accesses the services of the Exchange without being a Customer of a Clearing Firm.

Direct Member means an owner of an Interest in an Affiliate Program, for whom a separate enrollment agreement with the Exchange Company is not required, and who is not an Exchange Member.

Direct Member means voting Members of the Association as defined in 2.2a who pay dues directly to the Association as determined by the Board.

More Definitions of Direct Member
