Direct Purchase Agreement definition

Direct Purchase Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which a Purchaser(s) agrees to purchase the Bonds in a Direct Purchase Mode. The Direct Purchase Agreement for the Initial Direct Purchase Rate Period shall be the Credit Agreement.
Direct Purchase Agreement means the direct purchase letter agreement made between Customer and Sangoma (or one of its Affiliates), which incorporates by reference these Standard Terms.
Direct Purchase Agreement means the Direct Purchase Agreement between the City and the Bank concerning the funding of the Bond by the Bank and the issuance and delivery of the Bond by the City.
