Direct Seller Contract means and include the following: i. The Direct Seller Application Form; ii. These Terms and Conditions forming part of Direct Seller Application;
Direct Seller Contract means the agreement setting forth the rights and duties of a Direct Seller, which, in accordance with Section 3 below, is entered into through acceptance by Amway India of Direct Seller Application in Form SA-88-ID, inclusive of its terms and conditions and include the following:

  • Subject to the above, courts at Ahmedabad shall alone have jurisdiction in relation to the Center Direct Seller Contract and matters connected here to.

  • Seller Contract any Contract (a) under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits; (b) under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or liability; or (c) by which Seller or any of the assets owned or used by Seller is or may become bound.

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered Included In Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management andTO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.

  • Transferred Asset means each asset, including any Loan Asset and Substitute Loan Asset (including, if any, the Participation thereof), Conveyed by the Seller to the Purchaser hereunder, including with respect to each such asset, all Related Property; provided that the foregoing will exclude the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).
