Direct Subsidiaries definition

Direct Subsidiaries means, collectively, Sino-Panel Holdings Limited, Sino-Global Holdings Inc., Sino-Panel Corporation, Sino-Capital Global Inc., SFC Barbados, Sino-Forest Resources Inc. Sino-Wood Partners, Limited.

Direct Subsidiaries has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Direct Subsidiaries means each of TFX Marine Incorporated, Sierra International Inc., Teleflex Canada Inc., Teleflex Canada Limited Partnership, Teleflex Pte Ltd., Teleflex Pty Ltd., and Teleflex Marine France Sarl.

• Buyer desires to purchase from Seller, and Seller desires to sell to Buyer, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, all of Seller’s rights, title and interests in and to all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock and membership interests, as applicable, in the Direct Subsidiaries (collectively, the “Interests”).
