Directed Investments definition

Directed Investments means the crediting of earnings and losses for a Director’s Deferred Cash Account pursuant to Section 7.3(b)

More Definitions of Directed Investments

Directed Investments means the notational investments recorded on the books of the Employer with respect to the Participant Diversified Account and Matching Contribution Diversified Account, respectively, of each Participant.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Permitted Investment means an Investment by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in:
