Directive Letter definition

Directive Letter means a letter directing DB Contractor’s performance of the Work that meets the requirements set forth in Section 4.5.

  • A Directive Letter may also constitute a Request for Change Proposal.

  • Reimbursement will be made for actual work done and all costs incurred, including mobilization of materials, prior to the date of the Directive Letter or other notification by TxDOT eliminating the work.
