Examples of Director Emeritus in a sentence
The position of Director Emeritus shall be honorary only and shall not confer upon such Director Emeritus any responsibility, or voting authority, whatsoever with respect to the Corporation.
The Board of Directors may establish such compensation as it may deem appropriate under the circumstances to be paid by the Corporation to a Director Emeritus.
A Director Emeritus may, but shall not be required to, attend the meetings of the Board of Directors and receive materials normally provided Directors relating to the Corporation.
Upon the retirement of a Director of the Corporation, the Board of Directors may designate such retired Director as a Director Emeritus.
Each Director Emeritus shall be elected for a term expiring on the date of the regular meeting of the Board of Directors following the next annual meeting.
