Director Fee definition

Director Fee means the cash amount, if any, a Nonemployee Director shall be entitled to receive for serving as a director of the Company in any fiscal year.
Director Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3(c) hereof.
Director Fee means that portion of a Director’s Cash Compensation that is fixed and paid without regard to attendance at meetings.

Director Fee means fees payable to a director in cash for the director’s service on the Board and on committees of the Board during any calendar year.
