Title and ownership shall reside in the Trustee for the Rabbi Trust for the Executive Salary Continuation Agreement, Director Fee Continuation Agreement, and the Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement for its use and for the use of the Insured all in accordance with this Agreement.
