Disbursement Collateral Account Agreement means the Disbursement Collateral Account Agreement, dated as of December 14, 2004, among Wxxx Las Vegas, the securities intermediary named therein and the collateral agent, as amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, the Indenture and the other Collateral Documents.
