Disciplinary Committee definition

Disciplinary Committee means the committee established under section 31;
Disciplinary Committee means any person or committee of persons, or any subcommittee thereof, that is author- ized by a self-regulatory organization to issue disciplinary charges, to con- duct disciplinary proceedings, to settle disciplinary charges, to impose dis- ciplinary sanctions or to hear appeals thereof.
Disciplinary Committee means a function of the Compliance Department to fulfill various adjudicative responsibilities and duties described in Rule 602.

Examples of Disciplinary Committee in a sentence

  • Any athlete, coach, volunteer or staff member participating in any MFA Athlete Program may be immediately suspended from that program by the Disciplinary Committee, upon suspicion of use of illegal or performance enhancing drugs.

  • A recommendation to remove an athlete from any MFA program will be made to the MFA Executive Committee after a majority decision by a Disciplinary Committee.
