Disclosed Principal shall have the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Subscription Agreement.

Disclosed Principal means a purchaser that is purchasing the Subscriber’s Units through an agent or trustee for beneficial principal(s);

The Fund may be required to file a report of trade with applicable securities regulatory authorities containing personal information about the Subscriber and, if applicable, any Disclosed Principal of the Purchased Units.
This does not affect the relationship of agency between a Disclosed Principal Member and a Clearing Member which has appointed it or any relationship of agency between an FCM Clearing Member and its Customer.

More Definitions of Disclosed Principal

Disclosed Principal mean a principal for whom the Subscriber is purchasing as disclosed on the face page of this Subscription Agreement;
