Our reports and documents filed with or submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission and our other public communications shall include full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure, and the Company has established a Disclosure Committee consisting of senior management to assist in monitoring such disclosures.
The Disclosure Committee will report to senior management, including the Company’s principal executive officer and principal financial officer.
The Disclosure Committee shall consider the materiality of information and determine disclosure obligations on a timely basis.
Information reported to the Disclosure Committee will be disclosed in a timely manner, based on standards set forth in relevant laws and regulations, and through deliberations with relevant departments on whether such disclosure should be made.
