Disclosure Materials definition

Disclosure Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(h).
Disclosure Materials means, collectively, the SEC Documents, the disclosure package delivered to the Purchaser in connection with the offering by the Company of the Shares and the Schedules to this Agreement furnished by or on behalf of the Company pursuant to Section 3.1.

Disclosure Materials shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(h).
