Disclosure Obligations definition

Disclosure Obligations means those obligations set out in subsection 2.3 of this RAO; “Disclosing Party” means the party disclosing the Confidential Information;
Disclosure Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.
Disclosure Obligations means those obligations set out in accordance to subsection 5.3 of MSA Determination No.3 of 2016

  • There has not been any reportable event (within the meaning of Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) with the auditors of the Company nor any event which has led the Company’s current or former auditors to threaten to resign.

  • Within the three years preceding the date hereof, there has not been any reportable event within the meaning of National Instrument 51-102 — Continuous Disclosure Obligations with Deloitte LLP.

  • There has not been any reportable event (within the meaning of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) with the auditors of the Company.

  • The ten (10) working day time limit may be extended by mutual agreement between the College and the Union.

  • The Auditor is independent in accordance with the auditors’ rules of professional conduct of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, are independent public accountants as required under the Canadian Securities Laws of the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta and there has never been a reportable event (within the meaning of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the Company and the Auditor.

  • The Company is in compliance in all material respects with its obligations under Canadian Securities Laws (including, without limitation, its disclosure obligations pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations and National Instrument 58-101 – Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices, each as adopted by the Canadian Securities Administrators).

  • There has not been a reportable disagreement (within the meaning of Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) with the Company’s auditors.


More Definitions of Disclosure Obligations

Disclosure Obligations has the meaning specified in Section 12.2.
Disclosure Obligations means those obligations set out in subsection 5.3 of the Standard;
Disclosure Obligations shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 6.3.
Disclosure Obligations means any or all information exchange, reporting, disclosure and/or withholding requirements, obligations, arrangements and/or agreements in force and applicable to (as the case may be) the Client, a Managed Entity and/or any member of the Standard Bank Group, from time to time;
Disclosure Obligations means those obligations set out in subsection 2.3 of this RAO;
Disclosure Obligations means (a) the applicable federal and state securities laws, including, but not limited to, Rule 10b-5; and (b) the Rule Undertakings.

  • Compliance Obligations means obligations of the AMC to comply with: (a) laws or international guidance and internal policies or procedures, (b) any demand or request from authorities or reporting, disclosure or other obligations under laws, and (c) laws requiring us to verify the identity of our customers.

  • Senior Obligations is defined in Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
