Pursuant to Section 4, subsection G, of the Teachers’ Retirement Board Governance Manual, entitled "Third Party Economic Interest Disclosure Policy", any Entity/Entities and its Key Personnel who engage in business with CalSTRS are required to make specific public disclosures.1 Entities and each of their Key Personnel must complete and file separate forms.
Such disclosure will be made in accordance with WHO’s Information Disclosure Policy and shall be consistent with the terms of the Contract.
