Disconnection Notice definition

Disconnection Notice means a written notice of twenty one (21) days from the date of the written notice which is required to be given in accordance with the Applicable Laws by: (a) the Operator to Broadcaster if Operator wishes to disconnect the signal of and stop distribution on its Platform the Channels due to Broadcaster’s breach of this Agreement which is not remedied in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; or (b) Broadcaster to the Operator if Broadcaster wishes to disconnect the signal of any or all Channels and stop making available the Channels to the Operator due to Operator’s breach of this Agreement;
Disconnection Notice means notice by the Broadcaster to discontinue services to Operator by means of a disconnection notice;
Disconnection Notice means a notice under clause 105(3) from a user to a network operator requesting disconnection of a delivery point specified in the notice.

  • Finally, Customer agrees to pay a Disconnection Notice Fee of up to ten dollars ($10) in the event a Disconnection Notice is generated and sent to Customer.

More Definitions of Disconnection Notice

Disconnection Notice means a notice sent by the Customer to the Company requesting that the Company Disconnect one or more of the Connection Points;

Disconnection Notice means a written notice of such duration (currently twenty one (21) days from the date of the written notice as of date of this Agreement) which is required to be given in accordance with the Applicable Laws by: (a) the Operator to SPN Distribution if Operator wishes to disconnect the signal of and stop distribution on its Platform the Channels due to SPN Distribution’s breach of this Agreement which is not remedied in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; or (b) SPN Distribution to the Operator if SPN Distribution wishes to disconnect the signal of any or all Channels and stop making available the Channels to the Operator due to Operator’s breach of this Agreement;
Disconnection Notice. Means a written notice to disconnect one or more SIM Cards from the Mobile Services.
