Discretionary Profit Sharing Contribution definition

Discretionary Profit Sharing Contribution means the contribution made by the Company and Participating Employers with respect to Discretionary Profit Sharing Eligible Employees for Plan Years beginning on or after January 1, 2005 and prior to January 1, 2009, if any, as provided in sections 5.2(b) and 5.2(c).
Discretionary Profit Sharing Contribution or “Basic Contribution” means the discretionary contributions made to the Plan by the Employer pursuant to Section 4.5, if any.
Discretionary Profit Sharing Contribution means the non-matching contribution made by an Employer to the Qualified Plan pursuant to its section 4.8 in effect as of January 1, 2004.

Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.
