Discretionary Services definition

Discretionary Services means opening/closing positions and/or placing/modifying/deleting Orders on behalf of a customer on a discretionary basis and any and all other actions that may be undertaken by a customer under the Client Agreement that the Introducer carries out on the customer’s behalf. “Effective Date” shall be the date upon which the Introducer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the present and/or the 1st October 2016, whichever is latest.
