Dismissal With Prejudice Stipulation means a “Dismissal with Prejudice Stipulation” in the form contained in, or attached to, the Enrollment Form or in such other form as mandated by the Enrollment Form.

  • General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.

  • Expedited Appeal means if a Member appeals a decision regarding a denied request for Prior Authorization (Pre-Service Claim) for an Urgent Care Claim, the Member or Member’s Authorized Representative can request an Expedited Appeal, either orally or in writing. Decisions regarding an Expedited Appeal are generally made within seventy-two (72) hours from the Plan’s receipt of the request.

  • Lawsuit means any lawsuit, arbitration or other dispute resolution filed by either party herein pertaining to any of this Warrant, the Facility Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Plaintiffs means Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxx Xxxxx.

  • Mediation agreement means a written agreement between the parties to a mediation meeting.
