Disneyland Scheduled Opening Date definition

Disneyland Scheduled Opening Date means 31st October, 2005, being the date on which the Disneyland Project is scheduled to open to the general public and commence operation on a revenue earning basis.

Related to Disneyland Scheduled Opening Date

  • Bid Opening Date means the date the Bid is opened by the City.

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Operational Date means the date on which a union school district

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Life-of-the-unit, firm power contractual arrangement means a unit participation power sales agreement under which a utility or industrial customer reserves, or is entitled to receive, a specified amount or percentage of nameplate capacity and associated energy from any specified unit and pays its proportional amount of such unit's total costs, pursuant to a contract:

  • Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any Floating Rate Period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions. All percentages used in or resulting from any calculation of Three-Month Term SOFR shall be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one-hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with 0.000005% rounded up to 0.00001%.

  • Market Measure Business Day means a day on which:

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • RFR Banking Day means any day specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).

  • Open season means those times, manners of taking, and places

  • trade effluent means any liquid either with or without particles of matter in suspension therein which is wholly or in part produced in the course of any trade or industry carried on at the trade premises, and in relation to any trade premises means any such liquid as aforesaid which is so produced in the course of any trade or industry carried on at those premises, but does not include domestic sewage;

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Singapore Business Day means a day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) on which commercial banks are open for business in Singapore.

  • Anticipated Repayment Date With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the date specified in the related Mortgage Note, as of which Post-ARD Additional Interest shall begin to accrue on such Mortgage Loan, which date is prior to the Stated Maturity Date for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.

  • Scheduled Closing Date Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.
