dispensation means a dispensation granted by the Council or other appropriate person or body which relieves a Member from one or more of the restrictions set out in sub-paragraphs 3(5)(i), 3(5)(ii) and 3(5)(iii) of Part 3 of this Code to the extent specified in the dispensation

dispensation means an authorisation, issued by the Council, on approval of an application and in return for a fee (if demanded) to be determined by the Council, allowing a specified vehicle to be parked within one of the Parking Places specified in Schedule 1 to this Order, in contravention of one or more of the regulations pertaining to the use of that Parking Place, subject to such terms and conditions as the Council may consider appropriate.
