Displaced Location definition

Displaced Location means an originally approved location ordered to be relocated at an Alternate location by Authority to meet its requirements. In such an event the Concessionaire would be entitled to a notice period of one month (30 days) and a Resurrection period of Thirty (30) days as already defined herein after the date of communication of approval of Alternate Location.

Displaced Location means that the Sponsor, or at least one of the family members, is unable to return to their work location or residence due to the event. Sponsors are encouraged to log-in to ADPAAS to update their displaced location information as it changes. If the Sponsor or family is not displaced, no information needs to be entered. If a displaced location is displayed and the Sponsor or family member has returned home, click the Returned Home button. If the Sponsor or family was DISPLACED out of the affected geographic area by an active event please CONFIRM their RETURN. This change must be recorded in the case notes to include when the Sponsor/family member returned to their normal living/working location. Transferring of RecordsIf an ECM questions whether or not a case needs to be transferred, he/she should review the case with the LCM, or if none, the RCM/IMCOM. If it is found a case belongs to another center, the RCM/IMCOM will transfer the case to the appropriate ACSC and notify the receiving LCM the case has been transferred. The RCM/IMCOM will inform the receiving LCM of the name, case ID number, and any Level 3-4 issues. Case notes/history should reflect justification for transfer. The sending and receiving RCM/IMCOM will document the reason for transfer in ADPAAS by entering a case note by adding a “Comment”. (Example: Case transferred to FHTX per LCM S. Smith.) The receiving ECM will note in ADPAAS the case has been accepted by entering a case note by using the “Edit” or “Comment” function. (Example: Case accepted and will be assigned to Emergency Case Manager. Or Case accepted” if being transferred to the ECM.) Follow-UpFollow-up efforts with the affected AFM are just as important as the initial contact. Unless otherwise specified by the client, follow-up contact efforts need to be made at least every ten-(10) business days. This will allow the client to make attempts to contact provided referrals and a brief window of time for the referral contact to respond to the client. During the initial recovery process, a follow-up call should be made the next day where a message was left previously. A further follow-up date may be requested by the member. Every contact/attempted contact with the client and proposed follow up date will be documented in the client’s case history; to include the specific date of follow up (Example: SM awaiting award letter from FEMA; will make Follow Up contact on 10/26/2006). The ECM essentially has two duties:

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;
