Displaced Location definition

Displaced Location means an originally approved location ordered to be relocated at an Alternate location by Authority to meet its requirements. In such an event the Concessionaire would be entitled to a notice period of one month (30 days) and a Resurrection period of Thirty (30) days as already defined herein after the date of communication of approval of Alternate Location.

Displaced Location means that the Sponsor, or at least one of the family members, is unable to return to their work location or residence due to the event. Sponsors are encouraged to log-in to ADPAAS to update their displaced location information as it changes. If the Sponsor or family is not displaced, no information needs to be entered.

Related to Displaced Location

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Approved Location means the site for the operation of the Franchised Business selected by Franchisee and approved in writing by Franchisor;

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
