Disposal Date definition

Disposal Date means the date that the disposing execu- tive agency relinquishes responsibility for an aircraft, for example, when the agency transfers title in the case of a sale or exchange; returns the aircraft to the lessor or bailer; declas- sifies it (for FAIRS, declassification is considered a “dis- posal” action, even though the agency retains the property); or relinquishes custody to another agency (i.e., in the case of excess (transferred) or surplus (donated or sold) aircraft).
Disposal Date means each date on which Securities Collateral is liquidated following an Event Determination Date to allow the Issuer to meet its obligations under the Swap Agreements to pay the Aggregate Settlement Amount. For the avoidance of doubt, the Disposal Date may not be later than the Cash Settlement Date relating to the relevant Event Determination Date.
Disposal Date means the date by which the Issuer must have effected settlement of the sale of any Disposal Assets in order to comply with its obligations under any Series, subject to Base Condition 10.3.

  • If any dispute arises before the Disposal Date, the Referee Sample retained by Buyer shall be submitted for analysis to an independent commercial testing laboratory ("Independent Lab") mutually chosen by Buyer and Seller.

More Definitions of Disposal Date

Disposal Date means: (i) in case of a sale or other disposal of a Vessel, the date on which the sale or other disposal is completed by delivery of the Vessel to the buyer; (ii) in case of a sale or other disposal of all shares in a Borrower, the date of transfer of such shares from the Intermediate Parent to the buyer; or (iii) in the case of a Total Loss, on the earlier of (i) the date falling one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Total Loss Date and (ii) the receipt by the Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) of the proceeds of Insurance relating to such Total Loss (or in the event of a requisition for title of the Vessel, immediately after the occurrence of such requisition of title).
