Disposition Fees definition

Disposition Fees means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 11(c).
Disposition Fees. With respect to any Managed Container that (i) has been sold to a third party, or (ii) is the subject of a Casualty Loss, an amount equal to the product of (x) five percent (5%) and (ii) the Sales Proceeds or Casualty Proceeds, as the case may be, realized thereon.
Disposition Fees means the fees payable to the Manager pursuant to Section 3.01(d) of this Agreement.

  • Disposition Fees shall be paid by the last day of the month following the month in which the specified asset was disposed of.

More Definitions of Disposition Fees

Disposition Fees means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 3.01(d) of this Agreement.
Disposition Fees means the Disposition Fee (Hotels) and the Disposition Fee (Properties);

Disposition Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 hereof.
