Examples of Disputed Matter in a sentence
The Dispute Notice shall be accompanied by (a) a statement by the Claimant describing the Disputed Matter in reasonable detail and (b) documentation, if any, supporting the Claimant's position on the Disputed Matter.
The arbitrator will have the authority to grant only such equitable and legal remedies that would be available in any judicial proceeding instituted to resolve a Disputed Matter, and the decision of the arbitrator within the scope of the submission will be final and conclusive upon the parties.
Any such Disputed Matter shall be resolved in accordance with Section 14.3 (accelerated arbitration).
Any Disputed Matter that is not resolved through mediation will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Any dispute, disagreement, claim or controversy arising out of or related to this Agreement (a "Disputed Matter") may, at the option of either party hereto upon written notice to the other party, be submitted to non-binding mediation before a mutually acceptable neutral advisor.
