DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW. 18.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The arbitral proceedings shall be held in English. 18.2. The Contract shall be governed by the substantive law of Switzerland.

DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW. The Parties shall endeavour to amicably resolve any dispute relating to the preparation, performance or interpretation of the Contract. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, such a dispute shall be brought before the Paris Commercial Court and/or the CRE's Standing Committee for Disputes and Sanctions (CoRDiS) within the framework of the missions that have been assigned to it by law. The Contract is subject to French law as regards both procedural and substantive matters.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute or controversy occurring between the parties hereto relating to the interpretation or implementation of any of the provisions of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration.
