Disputing Parties definition

Disputing Parties means the claimant and the respondent;
Disputing Parties has the meaning given to such term in Clause 13.1 of this Agreement;
Disputing Parties has the meaning attributed to such term in Clause 15.1; “DP ID” shall mean the depository participant’s identity number;

Examples of Disputing Parties in a sentence

  • Any delay shall not exceed a further period of 30 days unless the disputing Parties agree otherwise.

  • The requirements and procedures specified in this Article may be changed by mutual agreement of the disputing Parties.

  • In such event, the disputing Parties shall jointly notify the chair of the Arbitral Panel.
