Valid Trading Day: Any day on which (i) trading in the Shares generally occurs on the Relevant Stock Exchange or, if the Shares are not then listed on the Relevant Stock Exchange, on the principal other market on which the Shares are then traded; and (ii) there is no Market Disruption Event.

Disruption Event. , in respect of Securities, means the occurrence of any of the following events:

1.1.19.2.2. from communicating with other Parties in accordance with the terms of the Finance Documents, and which (in either such case) is not caused by, and is beyond the control of, the Party whose operations are disrupted;
